I saw the previous app reviews for this one let me tell you it almost scared me, but I installed. I Love the app it does the simple things I need even allows me to securely fax my identification card right from the app to a new Dr or Specialist. Great Job keep up the good work.

Great features allow me to manage my healthcare. New OneGuide features like Click2Chat and enhanced look and feel add more value with each new feature.
App is easy to navigate. It could be improved by adding a "save" or "favorite" button to potential providers when searching the directory.
Great experience using the chat feature. The agent was great and it was simple to use when I had a quick question beyond what I found in the app.
App contains a lot of information about my insurance with Cigna. Fairly intuitive also!
Some bad moments
I cant find out anything put in a Doctor name and it kicks you out I sign in agin some thing.needs lots of work .This app would have to be better to be junk!
Used previous versions just fine. Since Jan 3, getting login error message "We cant give you access to the app at this time. Call Cigna customer service...". I called. They have no idea. They said that some desktop rebuild of "accumulators" is affecting the app login, "probably".
I log in to find a provider but when I type a name to search Im denied saying I need to log in. :/
App used to be great but this year Idk what happened.. I can log on but takes me to a blank screen every time deleted the app reinstalled the app same crap
I been using this missed designed app for almost two years now. After their last update it will let me log in and than show a blank screen. So now even the use I could get before is gone.
This app and the Cigna website are the worst. Home delivery pharmacy does not show any prescriptions nor does the web site. Even the robo help wouldnt work. After a very frustrating 3/4s of an hour I was finally able to refill a prescription by talking to a REAL person. Do not count on this app to deliver on anything let alone your meds.
