When I log in nothing happens. Blank screen every time.

I cant find out anything put in a Doctor name and it kicks you out I sign in agin some thing.needs lots of work .This app would have to be better to be junk!

Used previous versions just fine. Since Jan 3, getting login error message "We cant give you access to the app at this time. Call Cigna customer service...". I called. They have no idea. They said that some desktop rebuild of "accumulators" is affecting the app login, "probably".

I log in to find a provider but when I type a name to search Im denied saying I need to log in. :/

App used to be great but this year Idk what happened.. I can log on but takes me to a blank screen every time deleted the app reinstalled the app same crap

I been using this missed designed app for almost two years now. After their last update it will let me log in and than show a blank screen. So now even the use I could get before is gone.

Having same issues as the other reviews. Please fix!

I saw the previous app reviews for this one let me tell you it almost scared me, but I installed. I Love the app it does the simple things I need even allows me to securely fax my identification card right from the app to a new Dr or Specialist. Great Job keep up the good work.

This app and the Cigna website are the worst. Home delivery pharmacy does not show any prescriptions nor does the web site. Even the robo help wouldnt work. After a very frustrating 3/4s of an hour I was finally able to refill a prescription by talking to a REAL person. Do not count on this app to deliver on anything let alone your meds.

Plz fix the log in! Its one of the most frustrating experiences ever. I tried to log in using the app and it was not working. I tried again and again. Even reset my password and used forgot my ID. Its an endless loop! The website is much easier to use.

Cant get past the login screen. Rather disappointing.

The charge through the nose for coverage but the app they put out does not work. The only info you can find with ease is your plan number. Dont search for anything unless you want to find frustration. They can afford to do better than this.

I cant even access my providers contact information. What good does a name do without any contact info? I switched doctors and it takes a month, but theres no place on the site or app that helps me track the changes (no names or contact information). So unorganized that I plan to leave Cigna group.

The only reason I downloaded the app was so I could make payments to my plan and I cannot. Which is a problem since their site isnt allowing me to do that either :/

Ive only had this app work successfully for me once.

Could someone please fix the app? It crashes about 50 percent of the time. Touch ID is very buggy and it requires me click on the password bar to activate it. It takes at least 3 - 5 seconds for most things to load. The find doctors feature is very difficult to use. It took me forever to add my doctor to the list. I had to scroll for minutes. I could only sort doctors by their names. I was trying to understand how my HRA account balance was calculated. Theres little to no explanation. Actually no explanation why withdraws were made. I decided to call the support number since there were a number of withdraws I just didnt understand. The support line is probably the most exasperating part. It used to be super responsive, but I had to wait for 30 minutes before I could speak to a live person. The service person is helpful and nice as always, but the path to get to him was not an experience I want to go through ever again.

Id love to be able to check how much of my deductible and out of pocket I have met. Thats really the only reason I downloaded the app.

After log in into the app I can just see blank screen with no info poor development and integration Very sad

Gives me access to everything I need!
