Plz fix the app and reduce the call wait time
Could someone please fix the app? It crashes about 50 percent of the time. Touch ID is very buggy and it requires me click on the password bar to activate it.
It takes at least 3 - 5 seconds for most things to load. The find doctors feature is very difficult to use. It took me forever to add my doctor to the list. I had to scroll for minutes. I could only sort doctors by their names.
I was trying to understand how my HRA account balance was calculated. Theres little to no explanation. Actually no explanation why withdraws were made. I decided to call the support number since there were a number of withdraws I just didnt understand.
The support line is probably the most exasperating part. It used to be super responsive, but I had to wait for 30 minutes before I could speak to a live person. The service person is helpful and nice as always, but the path to get to him was not an experience I want to go through ever again.
