A new version is available

The only option is to download. Then open. Message then says a new version is available- download then open... then says a new version is available download open a new version is available download....

Please fix the digital ID card

Showed up at an urgent care with my myCigna app. Show the front desk my digital ID. The person told me theres no "group number" or "po box." Tried to fax the ID. Which was great, but it took at least 3 to 5 minutes to get through. How come theres no emailing function? I was in excruciating pain while waiting for the ID fax to come through. I rated this app highly before. I cannot help but to give it a low grade since its not helpful when I need help the most. Please fix it!

Nothing Displays

The app is completely useless. It doesnt show anything after I log in. I worked with the technical team and they "just cant fix the problem. Sorry."

Very slow, non-responsive, no indication of feedback

Generic interface and no feedback when an option is selected. Then all of a sudden the screen will change with the select.

Cant Even Log In

Doesnt work at all for me.

Frustrated!

Havent been able to get past login screen. Enter my password and then...nothing. Deleted app & then added it again. And...nothing. Not helpful when youre on the go trying to access information when not by your laptop or a computer.

Horrible doesnt work

This app was super helpful in the past, since December it wont work at all. Its extremely frustrating that they cant fix it. As soon as I put my log in just goes to white screen. Ive called Cigna they to me to reinstall it and still nothing. Bunch of crap. PLEASE FIX THE APP!!!!

Desktop version is much better

I have been using both myCIGNA.com and this app a lot lately. This app is really only good for when I need to pull up my ID card or look something up quickly in the directory while Im in the doctors office. For managing my claims I want the desktop version because it gives me the information I need without having to click on every single claim. I would love to see the app show the same information as the website to make going back-and-forth easier. Until then I will just use the desktop version on my smart phone rather than the app.

App Does Not Work

App does not work 3+ weeks into new year. Refers to 800 number for help. Agent indicates they are overloaded due to new people trying to log on.

Reviews are right!

I was hesitant to download this app based on the poor reviews but I figured it must not be so bad. It is so bad. The login simply does not work and the app should not be made available until it is fixed.

Crappy app

App doesnt work at all. Doesnt show any info, though Cigna publicizes the app in their website. Finally, after calling the customer service I decided to delete this app.

Last update over a month ago. Released a paper weight app. Just as good as the useless high deductible issuance I have through this company.

Satisfyingly inadequate to say the least

easy accessibility to view benefits is what makes this app appealing/beneficial or lack there of. Personally, I was looking for more interactive content. Such as bill pay, online chat with tech support, things of that nature. the option to only "view" material feels rather ...pointless/more of a hassle. Further INTERACTION capabilities needed ! Please consider

Great features allow me to manage my healthcare. New OneGuide features like Click2Chat and enhanced look and feel add more value with each new feature.

Feature enhancements

App is easy to navigate. It could be improved by adding a "save" or "favorite" button to potential providers when searching the directory.

Horrible

This app does not work on my iPad. I have the latest apple update. Had issues before and customer service asked for a screen shot of the error I kept receiving, I sent it to them and never heard from them again. Not at all happy with not being able to use this app and the lousy customer service.

I WENT TO THE APP TO TRY AND LOCATE A NEW DENTIST BUT THE APP DOES NOT OFFER OPTIONS TO SEARCH FOR NEW DOCTORS SO THAT IS WHY I RATE IT LOW BUT IF YOUR LOOKING FOR IT ON PROCESSING YOUR CLAIMS IT LOOKS PRETTY GOOD AND I COULD RATE IT MUCH HIGHER
