Cant login at all. Phone is up to date and so is app.

The app was made much better recently, however they kept the terrible slow fade to the login screen. Cigna, please review the Apple guidelines about making sure the screen transitions are quick! Id like to review the latest app version but I cant login anymore. Ive been able to login to every version except this one. The app just hangs after tapping Login. I force-quit the app several times but it didnt help.

Easily the worst app Ive ever tried in my lifetime. Works maybe 10%of the time. Save yourself some agrivation and dont download this app. Having nothing is better than this.

With the new version downloaded, I cannot login. Either the server is down or the new app is broken.

Just used app for first time to check on the price of a drug. No data was presented plus it said the drug wasnt covered which I know it is.

This is a good app. I have access to all the information I need as on my pc.

Used to be able to click on trackers to see how much deductible youve used. Now its split amongst family members with no total. I dont care what each person has spent. I need the grand total.

I thought downloading the mobile app would be beneficial since we have a LOT of medical issues going on right now and it would help navigation issues. It doesnt have 85% of the info that is on the full internet version. I will wait for them to improve it before I download again.

I am thoroughly disappointed in this app. Go online with a browser. The experience is much better and the information might have some utility. This presentation does not.

This app has everything I need check networks, track claims, and use my ID cards. Even has a quick one touch email ID function for when Im at a doctor that absolutely has to have a paper copy of my ID card. Only time I need to go to desktop is when I need to print!

I expected to find some profile information and additional resources, but the content is quite expansive and does price comparisons for you!!! The content is also very navigable at the same time. I wish everybody would put this much effort into their apps!

The only thing this app doesnt have is Touch ID... Would be a great addition.

I like the convenience of being able to see all the claims Ive had to make sure they coincide with the bills Im receiving. Downside is my MRA balance never shows and always says there was a problem. Please fix and the app would be 4.5 stars!

Its useless for an application to show you what you owe, without providing any method to pay the invoices. I have plenty of money but this application doesnt even provide any payment information like phone numbers or addresses.

I never have had all this information at my fingertips before. Even in years where I kept every report sent to me from insurance on every incident. In the past when I wanted to know what my coverage was, I had to find the file from last October when my wife and I compared plans and had to search for details. This app does everything I want, but doesnt require me to call. Its intuitive and COMPLETE. If you have Cigna, you should install this right now. Really! If I could I would have rated it with 6 stars.

Tried it and deleted it as soon as I saw how ineffective and limited, as well as slow, it is. It was, however, a great waste of my time. Thanks, Cigna.

Cigna along with their app are the worst thing that ever happened to the city of Houston. Nothing but horrible experiences. I rarely visit my doctor anymore because I hate dealing with Cignas BS! One thing their good at is getting their share of the mighty dollar.

I was going to get this app but i couldnt register until I gave it my social security. Why do I need to give it that if its just about taking steps to lose weight??? Its stupid and I deleted it. I got red flags and you should too.
