Love Touch ID. Easy to navigate with good info

Only reason to have the app is to have a phone link, see id card and do activities towards mra. Bad enough they just changed the site which is making it near impossible to find your activities. Fix this Cigna. It just makes it look like you dont want to give us the option to earn reimbursement cash. Terrible.

Great experience using the chat feature. The agent was great and it was simple to use when I had a quick question beyond what I found in the app.

Ordering prescriptions made easy. Love this feature.

The app mostly works as expected, but the backend is down occasionally. While some downtime is expected, the app clears your password whenever this happens, including TouchID, which is just lame. Since it also doesnt support share-sheet integration for password managers, using strong passwords becomes a chore.

I can no longer log into the app. I get a prompt, "Welcome - Ouch! Something is amiss. Please try again." When I do the "forgot password" I cant even reset it. Im immediately prompted with, "Access denied - ouch! Something is amiss. Please try again." Please fix this asap! Everything was working fine until I updated. :(

App doesnt show all the claims I can see online. Also not easy to bookmark items.

App contains a lot of information about my insurance with Cigna. Fairly intuitive also!

Having to enter a password every time I use it is so two years ago. Great app other than that.

For me, a single person, I love this app. Everything I need is right there, especially checking all aspects of a claim. Status of various things like claims, deductibles, OOP maximums are up to date and easy to find. ***One thing I wish it had were Touch ID for logins***, but I suspect theyll figure out it needs that soon enough. THEN it will get 5 Stars. At least TRY this app...to me its surprisingly good.

Most of the time the app only shows my husbands claims, sometimes it will show the entire family...unfortunately unreliable...not what I expected from Cigna.

Every time I try to go to my Account it says ouch something went wrong. EVERYTIME!!!!!!!! What is the point of having this app if it doesnt do what you need it to do??????

This app is pretty much worthless, have been on hold with their call center and cannot get thru after 30 minutes, just need to confirm primary dentist for in network dental care, there is nothing on app that allows this

Cant log in via phone but can on my computer, also would be nice to be supported by the passbook app.

When will I have access to the myCigna.com app? You will have access to the app immediately after you register. "Not so appy" really!!
