I understand you get more info on the Cigna website, as it should be, but this app is handy for network searches, comparing prescription prices, using the mail order service, and tracking claims. Easy to use, too.

Worst app ever. Very hard to pay bill. I hate the fact that I have to call every month to make a payment which is difficult as well.

Smooth transitions, Cool UI.. Minimal human typing! Thats what an app is all about.

I attempted to put a receipt in for my wife and son but it wouldnt allow me to do 2 people with one receipt. I ended up deleting the submission and submitting 2, one for my wife, and for my son.

Two strikes against this app keep it from being great: 1) doesnt integrate with TouchID to avoid typing your password every time, and 2) doesnt integrate with password managers like 1Password. If these were fixed it would be 5/5

This is cool and all but Id still like to add my insurance cards with all of my other store and loyalty cards in Apple wallet. One place for everything.

Very well designed, easy use and user friendly!

Never able to " estimate drug costs", cant access all my account info. Grrr

App is not user friendly, complicated and missing data.

Terrible app. The pictures shown are not accurate at all, I cannot access any insurance information or even my insurance ID card.

Needs Touch ID support for authentication to be convenient enough to use day to day.

Chick full of helpful info. Super easy. Wish for a download option for health cards or data. I can wait. Great job. Puts healthcare back in my control. No option to contribute money to my HSA though.

Great app to reorder prescriptions and review plan. One suggestion, when a prescription becomes time for renewal, have the app to place a notification to signal you have a renewal. Thanks

The contact info throughout the directory is incorrect, phone numbers lead to different practices, offices, doctors, addresses than those listed. Im living in a new city and this making it an absolute nightmare to find new PCP, gynecologist, dermatologist, and eye care within my network.

The quality of this app is gone, deteriorated. Please put it back to how it used to be.

No EoB access, no totals for claims to ascertain amount owed, emailing claim info renders even less info. App is not very useful.

This app works fine for the functionality it gives you. However, I do wish the login form had Sharesheet support so that I could use a password manager app to fill in the password

First time using the app and it seems very babyish. I apparently asked for paperless Explanation of Benefits back before I went to an HSA, and was told I can access them online. I was hoping the information would be on here, yet this all seems very simplified, and I dont see anywhere to ask for paper versions so I can reconcile my account. Frustrated.
